ROWW provides AI-powered lead automation services for service businesses, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger booking automation, AI receptionist functionality, website chat, qualification flows, calendar booking, and related follow-up systems.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business or organization you represent in order to use ROWW.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates platform policies (e.g. WhatsApp, Meta, Google).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the services.
- Use the services to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
4. Payment terms
Pricing, billing cycles, refunds, and other commercial terms are governed by the specific plan agreement, proposal, or order form executed between ROWW and your business. In the event of any conflict, that agreement controls over these Terms with respect to payment.
5. Intellectual property
All software, designs, content, trademarks, and other materials provided by ROWW are owned by ROWW or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to ROWW.
6. Third-party services
ROWW integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Supabase, Cal.com). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and ROWW is not responsible for their availability or behavior.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROWW and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to ROWW in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you breach these Terms or if continued provision becomes commercially or legally unworkable. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
